This is great for expanding the original Mac Minis, as it perfectly fits the footprint of the pre-2009 Mini. It can also work with any other computer, newer Mini's, Macbooks, etc. It's really cool in that it is not only a powered external hard drive enclosure that accepts a full-size SATA drive, but it also has an integrated 3-port USB 2.0 powered hub and two Firewire 400/800 ports.
