I've got a few sets of Apple restore discs. All discs show some wear (scratches/dirt/etc) but have been tested by successfully making an image of them in Disk Utility. I am not sure what particular model(s) these discs work with beyond what is noted below.
The first set is for a 2008 iMac. Mac OS version 10.5.2. Discs are in paper sleeves. Disc 1 part number is 2Z691-6208-A, and disc 2 part number is 2Z691-6195-A. I believe they may have originally came with a Mac Pro, but I'm not sure. Mac OS version 10.4.10. Discs are in the original clear plastic sleeves.
