Hello all,

System agnostic 1U rack mount 2GB D-SCSI RAM drive.

General Description can be found here:
http://web.archive.org/web/20011108071802/http://www.soliddata.com/products/datasheets/e100.html

Basically this is a 2GB SCSI drive which operates completely in RAM (14uSec
access time and 40MB/sec sequential and random read/write) but with an internal
SCSI hard drive for data retention when powered down. On power-up, the e-100
loads the data from it’s internal hard drive into ram and then the system is
ready to go. On power-down, the e-100 writes the data from ram back to the
hard drive. Internal batteries keep the unit functioning long enough for the
power-down sequence to complete in the event of a power failure.

- Unit is in very good condition with some wear from use/handling
- Batteries (2) will need to be replaced if you want redundancy in the event of
a power failure
- I have the manual on PDF format
- No terminators included (requires two as it is a dual port device)
- This is a (high voltage) differential drive (NOT SE or LVD compatible)
- I am including a NuBus ATTO Silicon Express IV 4D (High Voltage Differential)
SCSI card with this.

$250 plus shipping.

I do not do PayPal
About a week or off it goes to the recycler.
