The battery is in excellent shape (I can't give you exact use duration, but it has been in standby for over 8 weeks since it's last charge and is still at 51%).
It will ship in original box (also in NM condition) with 2 Apple 30-pin cables, 1 OEM 3-ft. 30-pin cable, 1 car charger, and the gray Apple case (which is in fair-to-good shape).
