The glossy screen is perfect. The dual layer optical drive, two USB ports, 1FW port, video out, sound in/out, web cam, and bluetooth all work as they should. The keyboard is like-new clean. I removed the caps for cleaning and then below them on the board. Actually the entire laptop inside and out is sanitary clean. I took it completely apart for a deep cleaning. I removed the logic board and heat sink to apply fresh Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound. I also cleaned the fan and case interior. It’s like-new clean.
