I have for sale a pair of PowerBook Pismo G3 400MHz laptops. Both work and look
OK, although neither is in showroom condition. One has some white marks on the
screen and some silver sharpie writing on the case. One has a working Apple OEM
battery. Both have 768MB of RAM and DVD-ROM drives. PISMO PowerBooks have 2 USB
and 2 Firewire 400 ports. They also have audio IN and audio OUT jacks. They
have ethernet, and Apple Airport cards. They have S-Video out, and VGA out
ports. They also have a built-in modem suitable for FAXING. Both have Mac OS
Tiger (10.4.8) and OS 9 installed. One has a 30 GB spinning hard drive, the
other has a 40GB spinning disk hard drive. The back port cover doors are both
present and fully functional.

But wait, there’s more...

In addition I have the following extras:

2 AC adapters. One is the round Yo-Yo style, the other is rectangular. Both
Apple Brand.
A VST ZIP 250 Drive
A battery weight saving device (Some say it makes the laptop as light as a
feather; your milage may vary)
2 spare batteries that may or may not work (maybe can be rebuilt?)
A spare DVD-ROM drive
A copy of the PowerBook G3 Firewire PISMO Apple Hardware Test CD
A OEM VST Zip drive IomegaWare CD
A genuine Apple PowerBook Software INSTALL CD (SSW ver 9.02) 691-2459-A
A genuine Apple PowerBook Software RESTORE CD (SSW ver 9.02) 691-2388-A
Setting Up Your PowerBook manual with white apple logo on gray background
034-0930-A
Color Printout of 4 Apple Manuals:
Take Apart - Apple Service Source
        Airport Technical Fact Sheet
PowerBook (FireWire) - Apple Service Source (has exploded views, etc.)
        Troubleshooting - Apple Service Source
Color printout of manual from newertechnology on how to replace the PRAM
battery for PowerBook G3 laptops.

These laptops were both used recently to update an old video database that is
in Appleworks format. Note: When booted into OS 9 instead of OS X, Appleworks
has macro capabilities that can make database work much more enjoyable.

How about $50.00 for the lot plus actual shipping costs? If you really want to
pay more, that would also be acceptable. :)
