Hi Swappers, I have another iMac available for sale. It is clean and working great. It has been in my house for the past five-ish years and has never failed in any way. It also looks good with few scratches in the aluminum or plastic. I can't find a single thing wrong with it. The drive loads, reads, plays and ejects CDs, The internal camera works.
Here are the specs: iMac 8,1 20” Early 2008 CPU: 2.4ghz c2d Graphics: Radeon hd2400xt 128mb 4gb ram 250gb disk Officially Apple dropped support for this Mac with El Cap, however it runs Catalina (and almost certainly Big Sur) using Dosdude1's patcher. It runs Catalina reasonably well in fact. It seems quite stable but it is pretty slow due to the mechanical drive. The new OS's will run much faster off of an SSD. I do have a vintage kb I can include, but it has some stuck keys, so you will likely need a mouse/keyboard to work with it. Feel free to ask me questions. $90 + shipping from central Ohio.
