Hello,

This item will be shipping to (CA, SF Bay Area/San Jose/95132).

A cretin recently demolished my spare laptop (protip: don't lend your laptop to a cretin), so here we go again:

I'm looking for a plug-and-play (did I just say that?) PowerBook G4, the faster the better, that is capable of running OS X 10.5 (Leopard).

I am looking for a machine with:

A) A bright, backlit display that has a decent amount of life left in it.  A dead pixel or two is fine, but I need a display I can wring a year or two of use out of.

B) A working hard drive (please state the drive capacity), keyboard, trackpad, DVD drive, magnetic latch, etc.  All the ports should be fully functional as well.  In short, everything should work as it is supposed to.  I don't care if the case has a ding or two in it.

C) The maximum amount of RAM the machine will support already installed and the AC adapter included as well.

I understand there may be a few project machines floating around out there.  However, if what you are offering is a project machine, please stop reading here, as I simply do not have the time, energy, or inclination to cope with one right now.  Likewise for any laptop that will not run 10.5 Leopard.  It's nothing personal, I just can't.

Please let me know the full specs of the machine you are offering, your asking price, and the cost of shipping (cheap and slow shipping is fine).  The laptop will need to be well-packed in a cardboard box.

I can pay via PayPal.  However, swappers who can accept credit card-funded payments will take precedence over those who accept only balance transfers.

As always, thank you for reading.

Best,

James Fraser
