This phone identifies itself as a Verizon model. I used it with Puppy Wireless (a Verizon reseller). I don't know if it works with other carriers. This is my phone, and I have turned icloud off so it is un-locked. Running iOS 9.3.6. Phone looks good. It has lived in an Otterbox with a screen protector. It has a little sticky residue from the protector (which was beat up). Phone appears to be working perfectly. - battery lasts days sitting on my desk with no sim, but it is original, so it won't be great.
