I have a 750 GB External 2.5” USB 3 hard drive. The drive mechanism is a Seagate/Samsung Momentus SpinPoint (ST750LM022). I found this in my computer bag, and realized I had barely even used it this past year. So, time to get rid of it. The drive itself is a 2.5” SATA drive, and could be used as an internal drive in a system that accepts this size/type of drive. Or, use it externally, as I have. Tested with Drive DX, no SMART or other issues found. I can share the DriveDX report if you want it.
