I think LensFun incorrectly implements the PTLens model.  According to
http://wiki.panotools.org/Lens_correction_model#Lens_distortion_a.2C_b_.26_c_parameters
the "d" parameter is 1-(a+b+c).  However, LensFun just sets it to 1.

 I don't know yet whether the PTLens model is wrongly implements, or
if Hugin and PTLens simply are incompatible.  By hook or by crook, the
a,b,c parameters calculated by Hugin are incompatible with LensFun.

 This is especially dangerous because LensFun's own tutorial
recommends to use Hugin for parameter generation.  Besides, also the
Hugin Calibrate Lens GUI is incompatible with LensFun.

 The error is mostly small, though.  The worse the lens, the bigger
the error.
