The camera must produce RAW files, otherwise, Darktable cannot correct vignetting, because the conversion to *linear* colourspace happend after the LensFun corrections. And anti-vignetting works only in linear colourspace.
If your camera produces RAW files, you can use my script to get the necessary LenFun parameters.
