I have no no idea if OpenCV can do more than distortion calibration. For TCA I find the hugin tool quite convenient. For Vignetting I'm working on a tool to get the parameters from a "gray" picture. Still some trouble with color spaces, but maybe this weekend I have a solution for it.
My "quick hack" on the OpenCV calibration demo program is almost done. Some more tests and I can mail you a version if you are interested.
