I see your problem. You choose way too different images, that's why
Hugin can't work it out, I think.

 Try making three shots, and try to shift camera no more than 1/3 of
the frame width after every shot. In the examples you show above the
two frames have almost no overlapping areas, that's why Hugin is put
in a serious stress situation.
