Someone on #digikam suggested compiling the test tools. Didn't realize
those don't get shipped with the Debian/Ubuntu packages.

A few rounds with tfun to find the various errors and it shows up now.
Correction parameters need some more work but this is a start.
I think when I tried originally I didn't realize which parameters are
required, and so did a very stripped down version. Then when that didn't
work and I tried putting all parameters in I started mistyping things.


Parameters are still a work in progress, contributions are welcome. I
only have a Hero2 and a modified IR Hero 2 (3rd party lens). So if you
have other variants, send me pull requests with their data, or maybe we
can make a folder for test images.

The 2 entries right now are for the stock Hero2 color lens, trying to
figure out if it needs to be defined as fisheye or not.
