Hi.
As requested, i have implemented some basic test to check vignetting
correction family of functions.
I tried my best to do it as easy to extend as possible,
and i believe it covers *ALL* possible situations, in which
*ApplyColorModification()* might be used.
Note: it is only supposed to check that such calls do work (i.e do not
crash),
a check for the validity of the SSE functions over the plain C will be in
another PR.
