Seems you are missing the glib2 library headers and stuff. Recently, I tried MSYS2 as a build environment on Windows and I quite liked it. http://msys2.github.io/ It comes with a pacman package manager which allows you to install a lot of required dependencies and compilers. I think it also has a pre-build lensfun 0.3.2 as a package.
