Hi Edward,
I set up bzr and ran the Beta 3 trunk and tested the file readonly and
file locked problem. Unfortunately, both of them are still broken. I
know you can't test the file locked problem but can you test whether
your beta 3 correctly handles the readonly file problem. I want to
eliminate the possibility of testing error on my side. Here is the
messages I received when I set the file to readonly, modified the file
in Leo and tried to save it twice using the ctrl-S:

unknown language: using Python comment delimiters
c.target_language: python
delim1,delim2,delim3: None None None
errors writing: c:\_Proj\File.abc
can not create: read only: c:\_Proj\File.abc
writing erroneous: @thin File.abc
saved: TuLs.leo
saved: TuLs.leo

I would have expected that the second save attempt would have
displayed the error messages a second time.

The "unknown language" related messages is do to the fact that I
didn't take the time to set up my custom stuff on this beta version.

Regards,
TL
