Now that bzr has made collaboration easier, we will all have to pay
more attention to controlling changes at various points in the release
cycle.

It's my intention that only bug fixes appear in Leo's core from now
until Leo 4.4.8 final.  We have more leeway for plugins, but only just
a little.

Just for today I'll consider bobjack's changes to leoConfig.py :-)

Thanks for your understanding.  Imo, it is essential to freeze work on
4.4.8 so we can get 4.4.8 final out the door asap.  There are several
features on Leo's 4.5 to-do list that I am eager to get to.
