The only trouble I've had is in the LeoPyRef.leo file.  There, I've
had a couple encounters with screen size and position attributes
conflicting which were easy enough to resolve.  There was one series
of flailing about having to do with either or both conflicting
inclusions of the leoConfig.py file and the clone of its @thin node
into the recent changes section or maybe something to do with
leoProjects.txt .  I'm not sure what state I ended up in, (except that
the code passed all unit tests :-); after a day another merge seemed
to undo some of what I'd blundered into but was clean enough that a
third merge came up clean.  Things have been clean since then.
