I'm not surprised.  This code isn't great.

I've been thinking a lot lately about Alan Kay's squeak language.  This is
*real* object-oriented programming.  Any object can instantly inherit any
behavior.  It makes Leo's internals seem really bad.  So I considering
various ways to make Leo's widgets more flexible.

This is a big project, and won't happen next week :-)
