Hmmm... The link here: http://c2.com/cgi-bin/wiki?BicycleRepairMan
and the bicyclerepairman documentation seem to give some hints about
how to do this:

"How is integration with an editor done?

The files in the ide-integration folder shows how. Basically
BicycleRepairMan needs the location of the region/point and the filename
+ it needs to be able to tell the editor to save and reload source files
because BicycleRepairMan works with the file system directly. "

With the simplifying assumption that the LEO editor is going to be
working on a bunch of @thin files, LEO needs to be able to give the
above information to the bike package and then re-read its @thin files.

Seems like something that could be done fairly simply in a plugin, right?
