Hi Bob,
I like the idea of opening a node's children but I think it would be
better to first implement it using the FileActions plugin.
FileActions allows you to invoke a script based on double clicking a
node. It's a very versital plugin that no behaves with the Vim plugin
such that the Vim plugin is only called if the FileActions plugin does
not have a script that matches to the node's headline text.
FileActions has the disadvantage that you need a "FileActions" node
with a "*" child node in your Leo file but it will keep from
overloading the Vim plugin with capability. I'll let you know if I
start to work on a FileActions plugin solution. Let me know if you do
the same so we don't do double work.

Regards,
TL
