I have added support for
@btn tooltip = My tool tip
also
@btn bg = (nothing following the =)
cancels any default button coloring.
I have added a 'toolbar-delete-button' command to be used in button
menus.
eg
@popup my-button-menu
@item toolbar-delete-button body(Remove Button)
