I've just pushed a branch 'menuat' which adds a @menuat command that
can be used in @settings in myLeoSettings to modify the menus created
by @menus in leoSettings.

BE WARNED: this branch currently contains a myLeoSettings.leo file,
which of course would be removed in production.

The @menuat commands in the branch's myLeoSettings.leo first append a
menu (Mark1) to the menu containing Edit Body, then insert a menu Mark2
before the Edit Body entry in the menu containing Edit Body, and
finally replace the Edit Body entry in the menu containing Edit Body
with a third menu (Mark3). All these Mark menus are copies of the
Outline menu's Mark menu.

It's not finished yet, it terms of mixing items and menus etc., but I
think it's a good proof of concept.

Cheers -Terry
