rev 1372 adds another exotic special case to handle the key
conventions in Leo's core. With this latest fix all keys appear to
work properly! In particular:
- Keys with special Tk names are inserted properly in both the body
pane and the minibuffer.
- The control and alt versions of such special names are handled
properly.
- Return, tab and backspace work properly in the minibuffer.
Hmm. Tab still doesn't work properly in the body pane. Probably must
undo a previous hack...
This is a major milestone.
