That is correct, it is on XP, (second post lists the log startup
report).  This was just a quick, late night trial, only tried it with
a command line invocation.  The other thing that was out of the
ordinary was my using "Console", a sourceforge hosted cmd/shell-
enabler for windows.  It allows me to set up invokable stored named-
tabs that can do specific tasks, like start; leo, (I named that tab
Leo), ipython (IPython), start ipython --then start Leo from it (Leo
from IPython), ect.  I'll have to try using a cmd window, settings
invoked QT-Leo.

Note that just arrowing around in the tree pane was enough to trigger
max'ed window to small window transition.
