I agree that plugins can be problematic. None have proper unit tests, and
several are known not to work with the qt gui enabled.

Having said that, many plugins do work :-)

Keeping documentation up to date is a never-ending task. However, I am not
aware of any significant problems with the documentation at charter.net.
This documentation is generated automatically from
trunk/leo/doc/leoDocs.leo.

Leo's wiki is *not* the official documentation. People can, and do, put
anything there that they like. I treat it as a repository of tips and
ideas.

Similarly, the discussions on launchpad are more of a blog than
documentation. Feel free to ignore the detailed discussions there. I use
this blog to think out loud and to tell people of problems with the trunk.
Sometimes the blog serves as pre-writing for documentation that finds its
way into leoDocs.leo, but the blog itself is never to be considered the main
documentation.

In short, I don't believe there are any significant problems with Leo's
documentation. Please let me know if you find anything amiss with
leoDocs.leo or the corresponding pages on Leo's web site.
