Managing your myLeoSettings.leo is a new user's nightmare.  Now that I
get it, I think I'm doing better.

However, we need a sample myLeoSettings.leo that users can start with. 
I made the initial mistake of copying LeoSettings.leo to
myLeoSettings.leo and then starting to customize.  That's not really a
good strategy, because 90% shouldn't be tweaked by a new user.

Now, I open both, and copy nodes I want to customize between outlines.
