Right, my suggestion is to include a heads-up sending them to the
@enabled-plugins section.

IOW, it is important that users read;
"Complex settings nodes-->\...@enabled-plugins"
so I think we should provide plenty of links to it.

If folks don't read that doc, we will probably hear from
them or get bug reports.
