Ok, I think I have some more info on the issue: I deleted the .leo_shadow file, re-loaded the file with File->Read/ Write->read @shadow nodes, and saved the leo doc (ctrl-s). I checked the file created in .leo_shadow, and it looks correct (has sentinels) -- it starts out looking like this:
#--unknown-languag...@+leo-ver=4-thin #--unknown-languag...@+node:edgimar.20090122153043.2:@shadow report.tex #--unknown-language--@@language tex [ ... actual contents of report.tex file ... ] Then, I extract some text into a section, and save it. Again, the file in .leo_shadow looks correct. Now I close Leo, and open it up again. I choose the Leo file from the recent-files menu, and after doing so, the following output appears in the Log pane: reading: /path/to/report.leo wrote: /path/to/.leo_shadow/xreport.tex updated private /path/to/.leo_shadow/xreport.tex from public /path/to/ report.tex reading: @shadow report.tex Bad @+leo sentinel in: /path/to/.leo_shadow/xreport.tex invalid @shadow private file /path/to/.leo_shadow/xreport.tex After this, if I look at the file in .leo_shadow, it is a duplicate of the shadowed file. Hopefully this helps in better identifying the source of the problem. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "leo-editor" group.
