At present, following the ipy_leo.py example, the p.b and p.h setters
call c.redraw_after_icons_changed and c.redraw_after_head_changed.

I think this is a dubious thing to do in Leo itself--it's probably
just fine for iLeo.

I expect to remove these calls soon.  Any objections or comments?
