Done in the trunk at rev 1472. All unit tests pass.
Pylint complained about a property being defined for an old-style
class, so I made the Commands class be a subclass of object.
This should conclude the heavy hacking on the trunk. I'll be updating
unitTest.leo, plugins and scripts.leo, but this should not cause
problems...
