I'd like to release Leo 4.6 around March 1. Before doing that, I want
to fix all major bugs. This means that @shadow and the qt plugin will
be completed.

This will take considerable work, but March 1 seems like a reasonable
goal. Indeed, I've been fixing bugs at a good rate lately.

After 4.6 goes out the door I'll turn my attention to two important
projects: improving vim support and improving autocompletion. These
interesting projects will act as incentive to fixing bugs asap.

Edward

P.S. Some of the "bugs" will include long-delayed improvements to
various commands. For example, today I realized that check-syntax and
check-brackets commands would be a partial workaround to the qt
plugin's present inability to flash brackets. This will have to do
until I can convince the Qt folk to add native support for flashing
characters to QTextEdit.
