That page says
'To install vim bindings, move the node in leoSettings.leo
called "Vim bindings by TL" so that it is not a descendant
of the "@ignore Unused key bindings" node. Then restart Leo.'

I don't find the node 'Vim bindings by TL'.

It seems the documentation should indicate that the node
leoSettings.leo -> @keys Vim bindings
should be placed beneath a @settings node
