I've experienced this several times but till now have not a concise phrase to encapsulate it. It may rear it's head in sprints but is certainly not specific to them. I rather regret that I myself have been the "stop energy" source many times! I'm great at thinking of ideas, and much poorer at growing them to fruition. Thank you for sharing.
