Yes, but I myself don't know of a really clean way to apply patches to bzr repository. Am I missing something? The problem, as I see it, is that the patch applies to a particular rev. In order to apply the patch, it would seem necessary to get that exact rev, apply the patch, then merge the new code with the latest rev. So in most cases, I simply apply the patch by hand to my sources, and then do a bzr merge/commit.
