Thanks Edward for bringing this up for discussion. I look forward to ideas and critique from the group. I already incorporated one suggestion that came from an earlier discussion (including a graphviz tag).
I sent you a couple of screen shots that I hope you can put in the files section. If I can reference those the discussion will be clearer. The program is at version 0.72. Program changes are shown in the Notes section of www.caliopywork.org. The program can be downloaded from the Files section. The program and examples are contained in one leo.cpy file, referred to as the core file, which is only 400 kb. That is all that is really needed to initially load the program and take a look around. The base distribution has some supporting figures and data for the examples. I'll wait a bit for the screen shots to go up and then respond in detail to your questions.
