Ha. It turns out that simply commenting out these lines works in
leoQtLog.putnl! That is, the following call to::
w.moveCursor(QtGui.QTextCursor.End)
suffices to end the line. Who would have thunk it? To my eyes the log
is zippier now. What do you think?
The new code is on the trunk at rev 2019. All unit tests pass, except
(on xp only) a strange, unimportant test that just started failing
after merging hashcache.
BTW, leoQtLog.put has simply been calling w.append for quite awhile.
No change needed there, I think.
