In my @enabled-plugins I have:

    qtGui.py
    threading_colorizer.py
    plugins_menu.py
    cleo.py
    open_with.py
    mod_scripting.py
    UNL.py
    projectwizard.py
    (snip)

Question: When you do alt-x and enter "project-wizard", what happens?
It *should* open a file-open dialog and let you select a file in the
root directory of your project.
