The fix is on the trunk at rev 2232. This has *not* been merged with
the leo-4-6 branch yet.
As noted in the checkin log, various tests pass, but this fix is
tricky. It probably affects only a seldom-used feature, but I can't
be sure of that. There really are no good unit tests for some of
these features.
Please test all your reStructured text files immediately and report
success or failure. I haven't yet decided whether to make the new
code part of the Leo 4.6 final release.
