Yeah, this is probably how it will be in future as well. Making it easier to deal with "final" sphinx trees is more a task for a different plugin, and i imagine we will get handy tools for this from other projects as well in the future... In particular, easily generating nice pdf's directly from @auto-rst files would be nice. -- Ville M.
