I noted that leo adds all of its directories to sys.path. This is considered "bad form" and can cause nasty surprises. I believe this is an artifact of the old "leo-as-package" work; now that leo-as-package stuff works well, I don't think this is needed anymore.
It's not a lot of work to fix either - it's just a matter of removing the call to adjustSysPath in runLeo.py, and fixing some plugins.
