I added g.assertUi, which works like g.assertUi('qt') - it's used
before the Qt imports to cause exception when loading the plugin. It
*is* very loud, perhaps as a guidance to disable those plugins ;-).
It's pushed to both 46-maint and trunk, to be released with 4.6.3 one
of these days...
