Rev 2353 of the trunk contains the recent one-node world work. The
actual one-node code has been disabled. Caching is enabled.

All unit tests pass, and pylint is happy, but please take a bit of
extra care. Much of today's work amounts to hand merging of code in a
possibly damaged branch into a new copy of the trunk. It's the only
way I could think of to recover from an apparently damaged shared
repository. I have checked and rechecked diffs to try to minimize
reversions or other surprises.

Please report any new problem, no matter how large or small,
immediately.

Only three files: leoAtFile.py, leoNodes.py and leoGlobals.py changed
in the last push.

I had to reinstate g.os_startfile by hand. Somehow it got dropped
with all the hand merging.

I'll continue testing in various ways, including diffs of the present
code with a clean copy of the one-node branch.
