Thanks Ville.  I tried this, and it highlighted the word I wanted to
change, but it did not actually change it.

Also, I looked in the "quickstart.leo" documentation, and looked for a
"Find and Replace *All*" command (similar to the ctrl-shift-r one you
referred to), but didn't see one--is there such an animal?

"Find and Replace" seems like an easy-to-use, common feature in most
text editors.  I'm very impressed with Leo in most areas, but "Find
and Replace" is one area where Leo seems to be a bit lacking, at least
from a user-interface perspective.
