Have you set up launchpad account properly (incl. the public keys)? If you have, you can do bzr push --remember lp:~villemvainio/leo-editor/my-new-branch (where you use your lp account instead of villemvainio). Also, you can contribute changes by "bzr bundle" and sending the bundle somewhere (attachment as bug report, email...) -- Ville M.
