Drat. My initial idea did not survive 10 minutes of prototyping. The
problem is that the boilerplate contains lots of version information,
and I definitely do want to automate the process of changing version
numbers.
So for now I'm going to continue to use the present script that
generates leo.nsi. We can play with other ideas later, but I'm
getting a bit frantic about new releases coming so soon before
vacation.
