Rev 2632 of the trunk strips control characters (except '\r', '\n' and
'\t') from binary .leo files. This appears to fix problems with
having form-feed ('\f') characters in .leo files. This actually
happened to me: I pasted an rST document having a form-feed character
into a .leo file, and sax barfed the next time I loaded the .leo file.

*Warning*: Some caution is warranted: we are stripping form-feeds and
other control characters from binary .xml files. I *think* this is
valid, but it might not be for some encodings. Please report any
problems immediately.
