On ubuntu, the bindings for add/delete-comments work as expected. In all cases, the bindings are ctrl-) and ctrl-(, that is, ctrl-shift-0 and ctrl-shift-9.
On windows, ctrl-( works for me, but ctrl-) does not even generate a key event (!!). This is so strange that I thought I had a defective keyboard, but it is the same for three different keyboards. Two of the three are the identical model keyboards; all three are Microsoft keyboards. Does anyone have any ideas what may be happening? It looks like some inquiries to the Qt people may be in order. BTW, the Windows Character Map app does not recognize either ctrl-( or ctrl-). Edward
